  • MATLAB coding: adaptation and creation of scripts for data analysis
  • Organisation, preprocessing and analysis of big EEG monkey datasets
  • Type of analyses: Coherence and Granger Causality analysis, non-linear model application

Role of alpha brain oscillations in visual perception

2023 - 2 months

  • Master 1 inernship under the supervision of Dr. Mathilde BONNEFOND and Dr. Anne Kösem
  • Python coding: adaptation of scripts for a behavioral task
  • Organisation of large datasets
  • Data analysis and graphical illustrations using Python, JASP, R studio et excel

Education

Physiologie licence

from 2019 to 2022 - 3 years

The licence ‘Animal Physiology’ is composed of 6 semesters with courses in physiology, biostatistics, genetics, bioinformatic, mathematics, biochemistry and microbiology. This path permits to learn preliminary knowledge and skills for research and technology.

Master 1 Neurosciences

from 2022 to 2023 - 1 year

The master 1 ‘Neurosciences’ is composed of 2 very intensive semesters to learn how to become a scientist. It contains exclusively english courses in neuroscience, epistemology and methodology. In particular, this master’s degree allow to manage big research projects simultaneously.

Master 2 F&C Neurosciences

from 2023 to 2024 - 1 year

The master 2 ‘Fundamental and Clinical Neurosciences’ consists of a first semester with conferences in neuroscience, as well as project management, exclusively in english. The second semester corresponds to a 6-months research internship. This 5th year allow students to join another school or to start a PhD.
